Refund Process

We are confident that you will enjoy our Ceylon Especias Agro (CEA) products. But, if for some reason you have a real reason to return your order. If your order is eligible for a refund, the process time required to complete a refund depends on the fair and reasonable determined reason for both parties.

If you do, please refer below is all the information you will need to know.

- You may return all unopened and undamaged items purchased at ceylonespecias.com within 30 days of the order date. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will equal the actual charged shipping rate or in the case of free a shipping promotion a fee equal to 10% of your order (whichever is greater).

- Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via e-mail for a return shipping label in these cases. This applies only to returns that are defective.

- In all other cases you must ship the product back to us at your expense and the item must be received within 30 days of order received. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Returns must be made in the original or comparable packaging and sent to the following address:
